Sessions are available both in person in Guelph and virtually across Ontario.

Current session fee is $150/50-60 minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots within my practice. I accept e-transfer and credit card.

Psychotherapy is not currently covered under OHIP, however as a Registered Social Worker usually services are covered by extended healthcare plans or employment assistance plans. I do not bill directly, but I will provide a receipt with all the information you will need to submit back to your provider. Please check with your provider directly to see if services are covered.

A 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect. If you need to cancel your session, please contact me or cancel via the online booking site. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. I recognize that unexpected circumstances such as illness or family emergencies may arise; if this is the case, please let me know.

Please note that I do not provide crisis services and cannot provide support between sessions. If you are in crisis, please reach out to your local crisis line, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
