Rooted Connection
A retreat for young adults:
to be seen,
to be supported,
to be you,
to be.
A weekend retreat for 18-24 year olds as you ebb and flow through the big transitions of
adulting and being a human.
Honour your truest self, lean into your inherent curiosity, compassion and intuition. Connect with community, nature and nourish your nervous system. This is your permission to slow down, be supported in community, and root into your worthiness. You don’t have to do it all alone and you are worthy of support on your journey.
You are already enough,

Your Hosts
Meet Emily McIntosh (she/her) and Taylor van der Deen (she/her). Registered Social Workers, best friends and fellow human beings.
Emily & Taylor both work in private practice, Emily's practice focus is on grief, loss and life transitions; and Taylor's practice focus is on anxiety, self-esteem & worth, life transition, emotional regulation and trauma recovery. They both have a passion for supporting young adults as they navigate this crazy world.
Emily & Taylor met working together in community Children's Mental Health, and became best friends as they bonded over their love for cozy vibes, awesome food and good conversation.
